We are not a contractor. We do not directly provide rope access, building maintenance, or any other physical services. Our role is limited to matching your enquiry with suitable contractors in our network.

2. No Guarantees on Contractor Quality

While we endeavour to work with reputable, qualified contractors, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, safety, or completeness of any work carried out by contractors in our network. Any contract for work is formed directly between you and the contractor. We are not a party to that contract and accept no liability for the contractor's performance.

We recommend that you independently verify a contractor's qualifications, insurance, and references before engaging their services.

3. User Responsibilities

By submitting a quote request, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You are authorised to request quotes for the property or project described
• You will not submit false, spam, or malicious enquiries
• You consent to being contacted by contractors in our network regarding your enquiry

4. Our Obligations

We will make reasonable efforts to pass your enquiry to one or more suitable contractors in your area. However, we do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that you will receive a quote, or that any quote received will be at a particular price.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industrial Abseilers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our website or service
• Any conduct or content of any contractor connected through our service
• Any work carried out (or not carried out) by a contractor
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
